How to read this boardopen
- index — how strong the case looks, from three real signals: the airline's stated cause (weather claims get checked against METAR weather records; causes under the airline's own control score highest), the connection cascade, and how many affected passengers already registered. The bar compares each case to today's #1.
- connections — same-airline onward flights this cancellation put at risk. More missed connections = more affected passengers per case.
- pax (est.) — estimated passengers on board, from the operating airline's real fleet size × average load factor. Hover the chip for the exact basis. There is no booking data — it sizes the case, it doesn't count individuals.
- cause code — the airline's official justification filed with ANAC, translated to plain language on each row.
- in cohort — real passengers from that flight who registered here and consented (LGPD) to be contacted by a partner firm. Claim the case to see their contacts — every access is audit-logged.
